A hands-on technical executive who has led global organizations through massive transformation and innovation journeys, now passionately driving the AI revolution.
I am Srinath and I'm really thrilled to announce the launch of my new startup "BigHammer.ai" —born from two decades of deep experience, relentless curiosity, and a bold vision to redefine how data and analytics platforms are built, scaled, and leveraged. As an data, technology and product transformation leader with over 20 years of global experience helping organizations harness the power of data. Throughout my career, I had the privilege of serving in diverse and strategic roles—from data engineer and architect to enterprise strategist and executive leader—partnering with Fortune 100 companies to navigate their most complex digital, data, IT, and business transformation journeys.
Most recently, I led the Data Platforms & Engineering function at Dun & Bradstreet, one of the world’s most iconic data companies. There, I spearheaded an ambitious modernization effort: decommissioning legacy data platforms, building next-generation, exabyte-scale data platforms, executing large-scale cloud migration, and launching cutting-edge analytics initiatives to unlock business value at scale. Prior to that, I held leadership roles at Aon, where I was Head of Data and part of the Global CTO Office, and at NTT Data Services—where I consistently focused on delivering scalable, customer-centric solutions powered by data and emerging technologies.
Beyond the corporate world, I have remained deeply engaged with the startup and venture ecosystem, serving as an advisor to several data and analytics startups. My passion lies in applying technology to solve real-world problems—whether by guiding early-stage innovation or building products or scaling products for enterprise needs.
Today, I am channeling this passion and decades of my own experience into my own venture BigHammer.ai — with a mission to fundamentally disrupt how data and analytics platforms are engineered, modernized, scaled and managed. For decades, enterprises have been held back by rigid architectures, fragmented tooling, and complex operational overhead. My vision is to re-imagine this entire landscape by infusing AI into the very fabric of data & analytics platform engineering— AI powered intelligent NLP based data product development to self-optimizing pipelines.
We are entering a new era where traditional “platforms based” approaches can no longer keep up with the scale, speed, and complexity of data. The convergence of AI and platform engineering presents a once-in-a-generation opportunity to unlock exponential efficiencies, accelerate innovation, and democratize access to enterprise-grade analytics.
